The fun starts at the famous Oaks Hotel in Neutral Bay.
You will all receive a glass of champagne on arrival while you are given an
overview of the history of cocktail making and technicalities of
cocktail-making.
You will learn which ingredients to use, glassware that is best for the cocktail
that you are making & should your drink be shaken or stirred.
Learn the difference between a dry martini & a wet martini.
You will also experience a great demo & tasting of the 3 most popular cocktails
at the Oaks: Caprioska , Passinalice & Seduce Me.
You then get to choose which of the 3 that you would like & you will then help
to make it for yourself.
You will then retire to your own reserved table in the famous ‘Oaks garden”
where you will be able to enjoy your cocktails.
Staff will then deliver a number of “The Oaks” fabulous gourmet pizzas for you
to sample, while you relax in the beautiful surroundings of the garden.
You will also receive details of how to make these cocktails to take with you,
so you can practice at home.
Available
every Saturday & Sunday at a time to suit your group between 12pm – 5pm.
Cost is only $40 per
person
