Listen to the Blue Note Trio entertain you with the great hits of Cole Porter, Glen Miller, Gershwin and Duke Ellington among others. You will be sure to hear among them; “It had to be you”, “I’ve got you under my skin”, “All of me” and “Satin Doll”.

We offer you fresh King Prawns with seafood sauce and lemon wedges along with chilled Sydney Rock Oysters with lemon. There is also the herbed roast beef, cooked to perfection and carved at the buffet table along with a selection of cold cuts and oriental style chicken wings. Our accompaniments include roasted baby potatoes, stir fried vegetables, steamed rice, and a selection of salads and bread. Then there are the fresh fruit platters with tea and coffee for afters.
